A special Prevention of Money Laundering (Act) court on Tuesday cancelled all warrants issued against fugitive economic offender Nirav Modi’s brother-in-law. Mainak Mehta — a British national — is the husband of Nirav’s sister Purvi Mehta. Both of them had turned approver in the case and agreed to depose as prosecution witnesses.
