In the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk regions bordering Ukraine, in two border regions of the Voronezh region, in the north of Crimea and on the territory of several districts of the Krasnodar Territory, a yellow level of terrorist threat has been introduced since April 11.

A special regime is provided until April 25 and involves the enhanced work of all law enforcement agencies, and residents of the regions are advised to avoid crowds, always take an identity card and be vigilant. The authorities of the Belgorod and Kursk regions have already decided to extend the regime until the end of the May holidays.

There are three levels of terrorist threat: blue (increased), yellow (high) and red (critical). Yellow is entered if there is confirmed information about the real possibility of committing a terrorist attack, follows from the classification of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee.
